Building Scope:
Complete plumbing system for apartment and retail space.

Services Provided:
Engineering, plumbing, and installation.

Challenges:
Project's duration was during a spike in construction; existing structure was T-Beam and Pan combo. Second floor had an interstitial space to run sanitary piping (this was not expected during design stage).

Comments:
Design build project gave us the ability to act quickly to the challenges of the interstitial space and conflicts with the structure.
