26 story, 90 unit luxury condominiums.

Services Provided:
Plumbing design, engineering, and installation.

Challenges:
First high rise built in the city in 30 years; created many logistical issues for material handling and delivery. Extremely fast schedule for this project as well. Individual owners customized condos with various options and we were able to stay organized due to a strong project management and administrative staff.

Comments:
The concrete pour schedule allowed only 1 week per floor which led to a frantic pace to install sleeves for all slab penetrations.
