Building Scope:
17 story, 90 unit luxury condominiums.

Services Provided:
Plumbing installation.

Challenges:
Majority of condos were pre-sold and owners were allowed to customize their units often relocating plumbing. This in effect caused many changes and redesign of piping on the fly during construction. Project also had a very limited project site causing very detailed material delivery scheduling to hit windows of opportunity to utilize tower crane.

Comments:
Large amounts of scope changes and change orders to original contract.
