Conversion of historic office building to 224 loft type apartments.

Challenges:
The existing structure presented numerous challenges as the team worked to maintain as much of the historic architectural features as possible. Because of this we had to consider the existing corridors, beams, and columns when designing our piping system to limit penetrations and find areas to conceal piping.

Comments:
This Paul Brown building was one of the first major renovations to lofts downtown and was ahead of schedule, under budget, and a success for all involved.
