Building Scope:
14 story, 245,000 square foot office building.

Services Provided:
Plumbing design, engineering, and installation.

Challenges:
Material handling, delivery, and distribution. We prefabricated all piping for this project and utilized the tower crane to bring in a modified delivery trailer down the elevator shaft in order to deliver all piping for a floor at one time. We then installed our piping prior to stud walls being built which put us well ahead of schedule. This project also involved adding several levels to the neighboring parking garage which required unique design to add new piping to existing system already serving the garage.

Comments:
We utilized a unique delivery method of lifting a trailer and dropping it into the building for quick delivery of all piping to the floor for each level. We prefabricated all piping for the project.
