Trojahn Plumbing Systems Awarded Highland Plaza Three Medical Office Building
ST. LOUIS, Missouri (December 15, 2006) – St. Louis’s largest plumbing-only union contractor has been selected by S.M. Wilson for the Highland Plaza Three Medical Office Building in the city of Saint Louis. Trojahn will design and build the entire plumbing system for the $16 million project. Construction will begin in December 2006 and is scheduled to be completed in 2008.
Mid-America Transplant Services (MTS) will own and occupy half of the 82,000 square foot, four-story medical office building. MTS is a non-profit organization that specializes in the procurement of vital organs and tissue in Missouri, southern Illinois and northeast Arkansas.
